  • Zucchini - 100 grams, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 100 grams, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
  • Dried seaweed (nori) - 2 sheets, shredded
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the heavy cream with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the garlic cream mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese over the cream mixture.
  7. Arrange the sliced zucchini, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and spinach on top of the cheese.
  8. Tear the shredded seaweed and scatter it over the vegetables.
