  • Yellow bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Fresh basil - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a round shape, about 0.5 cm thick.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the red onion and garlic until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
  6. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pizza dough.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme and basil.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
