  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Gruyère cheese - 100 grams, grated
  • Goat cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced leeks and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and caramelized.
  3. Add minced garlic and chopped thyme to the skillet, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Brush the dough with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, and spread the heavy cream evenly over the surface.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese over the cream, then evenly distribute the caramelized leeks on top. Crumble the goat cheese over everything.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
