Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a 30 cm diameter circle.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced red bell pepper, green bell pepper, fresh red chili peppers, onion, minced garlic, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
- Distribute the vegetable mixture evenly over the cheese.
