  • Green olives, pitted and sliced - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons (optional for cheesy flavor)

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Combine the ingredients until a dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
