- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons (optional for cheesy flavor)
Steps
- In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Combine the ingredients until a dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
