Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Italian herbs - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, calamari) - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then cut it into florets and steam until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower and let it cool slightly, then transfer to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture into a round pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the mixed seafood, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the crust from the oven, spread the tomato sauce evenly on top, then arrange the cooked seafood over the sauce.
- Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
