Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Italian herbs - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, calamari) - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then cut it into florets and steam until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the cauliflower and let it cool slightly, then transfer to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture into a round pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
  6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
  7. While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the mixed seafood, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Remove the crust from the oven, spread the tomato sauce evenly on top, then arrange the cooked seafood over the sauce.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes to heat through.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
