  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh basil - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush the mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
