- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the rolled-out dough.
- Thinly slice the zucchini and arrange it evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle the chopped basil and nutritional yeast over the zucchini.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
