  • Fresh basil - 10 leaves, chopped
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the rolled-out dough.
  4. Thinly slice the zucchini and arrange it evenly over the pizza base.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped basil and nutritional yeast over the zucchini.
  6. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
