- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Crème fraîche - 100 grams
- Gruyère cheese - 100 grams, grated
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 25 cm (10 inch) circle.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft and golden, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the chopped thyme and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
- Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Distribute the sautéed mushrooms over the crème fraîche.
- Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese evenly on top of the mushrooms.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
