  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
