Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Basil pesto (dairy-free) - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the basil pesto evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, zucchini, and bell pepper evenly over the pesto.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
