  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the pizza dough.
