  • Water - 100ml
  • Tomato sauce (low-carb) - 100g
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10g
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30g
  • Italian seasoning - 5g
  • Sliced bell peppers - 50g
  • Sliced black olives - 30g

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and water until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Add the shredded mozzarella and mix until incorporated.
  5. Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking tray and shape it into a rectangular or oval form, about 1 cm thick.
