- Almond flour - 150 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Prosciutto - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Arugula - 30 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 50 grams, halved
- Balsamic reduction - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the egg and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press it into a round shape, about 0.5 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Layer the prosciutto slices on top of the cheese and return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute.
- Top with fresh arugula, halved cherry tomatoes, and drizzle with balsamic reduction before slicing.
