  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 50g mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and olive oil, then add it to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press the dough into a circular pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
