- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 50g mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and olive oil, then add it to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
