- Red onion - 1 medium
- Garlic - 2 cloves

- Fresh basil - 10 leaves
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Wash and slice the red and yellow bell peppers into strips, the zucchini and eggplant into rounds, and the red onion into wedges.
- Mince the garlic and place all the vegetables in a large bowl.
