- Mixed fresh fruits (kiwi, berries, passion fruit) - 150 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean, dry bowl, whisk the egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, whisking until the mixture is glossy and forms stiff peaks.
- Gently fold in the cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round disk with a slight indentation in the center.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely inside the oven with the door slightly ajar.
- While the meringue cools, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Once the meringue is cool, carefully transfer it to a serving plate and top with the whipped cream and mixed fresh fruits.
