- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh basil - 10 leaves, chopped

- Black pepper - to taste
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt, black pepper, and chopped basil.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
