  • Shallot - 1, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and chopped shallot. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Pour in the soy cream, stirring well to combine with the garlic and shallot. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the nutritional yeast, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Stir to combine and adjust seasoning as desired.
