- Shallot - 1, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and chopped shallot. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
- Pour in the soy cream, stirring well to combine with the garlic and shallot. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the nutritional yeast, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the sauce. Stir to combine and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy sauce.
