- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves

- Black pepper - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper to create a creamy sauce.
- In the skillet with spinach, add the cooked chicken and drained pasta, then pour the creamy sauce over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
