- Mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, calamari) - 300 grams

- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- White wine - 100 ml
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Red pepper flakes - a pinch (optional)
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to turn opaque.
- Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Let it reduce for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing everything together to combine well. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes, if using. Serve immediately.
