- Honey - 60 grams
- Almond milk - 100 ml
- Egg - 1 large
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, spices, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the honey, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
