  • Ground ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground cloves - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Honey - 60 grams
  • Almond milk - 100 ml
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, spices, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the honey, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
