Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the pattypan squashes under cold water and slice off the tops and bottoms to create a stable base.
  3. Cut the squashes into quarters, ensuring the pieces are roughly the same size for even cooking.
