- Large eggs - 3
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tbsp
- Grated cheese (like Gruyère) - 50 g
- Roasted bell pepper, diced - 50 g
- Zucchini, finely grated - 50 g
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine the water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and quickly stir in the flour until a smooth dough forms.
- Allow the dough to cool for about 5 minutes, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is glossy and smooth.
- Stir in the black pepper, garlic powder, parsley, cheese, diced bell pepper, and grated zucchini.
- Using a piping bag or a spoon, form small mounds of dough (about the size of a golf ball) on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
