Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

- Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and add it directly to the skillet with the garlic.

- If the pasta seems dry, gradually add some reserved pasta water until the desired creaminess is achieved.
- Season the pasta with salt and black pepper to taste, then gently fold in the toasted pine nuts.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs or a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
