- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they soften and release their juices.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
