- Fresh basil - 10g, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 30g, grated
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Slice the red and yellow bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and brush them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Place the bell peppers skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes until charred and tender.
- While the peppers are grilling, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
