  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh basil - 10g, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 30g, grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the red and yellow bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and brush them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Place the bell peppers skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes until charred and tender.
  4. While the peppers are grilling, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
