- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- White wine - 100 ml
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in the white wine, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine with the seafood and sauce.
- Season with salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
