- Heavy cream (light) - 100 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh dill (chopped) - 1 tablespoon

- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper, then place it skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add the fresh dill.
- Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and gently fold it into the sauce.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta with the sauce and salmon.
- Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and additional dill if desired.
