  • Whole wheat pasta - 200 grams
  • Boneless chicken breast - 200 grams
  • Fresh basil - 30 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams (optional)

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the boneless chicken breast with salt and black pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
