- Canned diced tomatoes - 400 grams
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh basil - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Chicken broth - 200 ml
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and diced chicken breast to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
