  • Almond flour - 150g
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - 100g
  • Cream cheese - 50g
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100g
  • Sliced bell peppers - 50g
  • Sliced mushrooms - 50g
  • Sliced black olives - 30g
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30g

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and press it into a circle, about 1 cm thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until it is golden brown and firm.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly on top.
  6. Layer the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and black olives on top of the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano and grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
