- Almond flour - 150g
- Grated mozzarella cheese - 100g
- Cream cheese - 50g
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 100g
- Sliced bell peppers - 50g
- Sliced mushrooms - 50g
- Sliced black olives - 30g
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30g
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and press it into a circle, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until it is golden brown and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly on top.
- Layer the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and black olives on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle dried oregano and grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
