- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Grated cheese (mozzarella or your choice) - 100 g
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Toppings (e.g., bell peppers, olives, mushrooms) - 100 g
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Heat over medium until the butter is melted and the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the flour, salt, and powdered protein until a smooth dough forms.
- Allow the dough to cool for a few minutes, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth and glossy.
- Transfer the choux pastry dough to a piping bag and pipe two 20 cm circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the pastry shells in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and puffed, then remove and let cool slightly.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce over each choux shell, followed by a sprinkle of grated cheese and your choice of toppings.
- Return the prepared pizzas to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve warm.
