- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped

- Egg - 1 large
- Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
Steps
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced shallot and garlic. Sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the diced carrot, zucchini, and red bell pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the chopped seaweed and vegetable broth. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add the soy sauce, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Once cooled, transfer to a mixing bowl.
- In the mixing bowl, add the egg and breadcrumbs to the vegetable mixture. Mix well until fully combined.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
