  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Caramelized onions - 100 grams
  • Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing while cooking.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the caramelized onions by cooking sliced onions in a separate pan over low heat until they are golden brown and soft, about 10-15 minutes.
