  • Fresh plums - 200 grams (pitted and sliced)
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small tart pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey, egg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared tart pan to create the crust.
