- Burger buns - 2 units
- Arugula - 50 grams
- Tomato (sliced) - 1 medium
- Truffle oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Parmesan cheese (shaved) - 20 grams
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped Périgord truffles, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the truffle aioli by mixing mayo, truffle oil, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.
