  • Périgord truffles (finely chopped) - 10 grams

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Burger buns - 2 units
  • Arugula - 50 grams
  • Tomato (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Truffle oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Parmesan cheese (shaved) - 20 grams

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped Périgord truffles, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
