  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 150 grams
  • Mussels (cleaned) - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Shallots (finely chopped) - 2
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 150 grams

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • White wine (dry) - 100 ml

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped shallots, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.
  2. Add the white fish fillets to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden and cooked through. Remove the fish and set aside.
