- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Peel and thinly slice the yellow onions.
- In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized and golden brown.
- Add garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme to the onions, stirring for another minute to combine the flavors.
