Steps
- Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a gentle simmer and add a pinch of salt.
- Crack each egg into a small bowl, then gently slide them into the simmering water, poaching for about 3-4 minutes until the whites are set and yolks are still runny.
