- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced

- Olives (black) - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
- Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers: place a patty on each bun, top with sliced tomatoes, cucumber, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle the dressing over the top of the assembled burgers and close with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately with a side of mixed greens or your choice of vegetables.
