Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
- In another bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined; do not overmix.
