Steps
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the fresh green peas. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender, then drain and cool them in ice water to retain their color.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cooled peas, cream cheese, minced garlic, fresh mint, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pea mixture until fully combined.
