Steps
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more maple syrup.
- Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh berries or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
