  • Silken tofu - 150g
  • Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. In a blender, combine the silken tofu, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Once the chocolate is melted, remove it from heat and let it cool slightly before adding it to the blender.
  4. Blend all the ingredients on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a bit more maple syrup.
  6. Transfer the mousse into serving bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
