- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Burger buns - 2 pieces
- Harissa paste - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

- While the patties are cooking, prepare the harissa mayo by mixing the harissa paste and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading the harissa mayo on the bottom half of each bun, placing the cooked patty on top, and adding pickled vegetables.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
