  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

  • Pita bread - 2 pieces
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
