  • Lamb merguez sausage - 250 grams
  • Burger buns - 2 pieces
  • Fresh arugula - 50 grams

  • Garlic clove - 1, minced
  • Cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the casing from the merguez sausages and form them into two burger patties.
