- Pita bread or burger buns - 2
- Tomato, sliced - 1
- Cucumber, sliced - 1/2

- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Divide the lamb mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- While the lamb burgers are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Toast the pita bread or burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the lamb patty on the bread, then topping with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions. Drizzle the yogurt sauce on top.
