- 4 large lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt, then cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are caramelized and golden brown.
